This building was essentially a 1960s office building set behind a run down period facade, situated close to Monument in a Conservation Area in the heart of the City.
We developed a design with Form Architecture which improved the street elevation as well as adding two floors to create a spectacular duplex penthouse apartment. The existing interiors were completely remodeled to provide 13 one bedroom and studio apartments, with a small commercial unit at ground floor level. Overall the floor area was increased by over 40%.
