Most modern development is driven purely by profit maximisation, without fully appreciating the value that high quality architecture can bring. We believe good design sells and that the best route to maximising development value is through high quality design. Good architecture and profit maximisation are not mutually exclusive, they go hand in hand.

We are fortunate that we have some of the most talented architects in the world here on our doorstep, in London. Working with some of these practices, we have shown that high quality architecture can be created out of the most ordinary buildings and within tight physical and commercial constraints.

Our developments to date clearly demonstrate that our strategy works- a number of our projects have achieved record end values in their respective areas, whilst also winning design awards.
